In September, Nord Pool conducted a customer satisfaction survey covering the operations of Nord Pool ASA, NECH, and Nord Pool Spot. The comprehensive online survey is an important facet of ongoing efforts to achieve greater customer satisfaction, according to survey project manager Lars Petrusson.
The survey is designed to capture participants' needs and suggestions at the earliest possible stage and to measure Nord Pool's performance. The 2002 survey was completed by 330 individuals Ñ a response rate of approximately 60%.
